What this covers
We take a business objective and turn it into a project that can actually be run: a defined scope, an agreed timeline, named owners for every workstream, and a budget that is tracked rather than hoped for. From that point on, one Veyora project manager is accountable for delivery — the person your team, your suppliers and your board all speak to.
How it works
We start with a short discovery: what the objective is, what constraints exist, who is involved and what “done” looks like. That becomes a project charter you sign off. From there we build the plan — workstreams, dependencies, critical path, resourcing and cost model — and run weekly delivery cycles against it.
What you get
- A project charter and scope document
- A milestone plan with owners and dependencies
- A tracked budget with forecast-to-complete
- Weekly progress reporting and a live risk register
- A documented handover at the end
Best suited to
Businesses running something bigger than business-as-usual — a new location, a system change, a restructure, a product launch — where the work spans several teams or suppliers and nobody internally has the bandwidth to own it full time.
